Unable to change shipping module

I am the creator and artist of www.buddyandemma.com, a cartoon website using osCommerce for our online store.

 

Recently we changed our store prices and want to change our shipping rates from ups to usps. Everything within osCommerce has worked easily, however, when I click on the shipping module I get a text message and not the usual osC header. (see below)

This would not be a problem except our webmaster, Jason Chalfant of American Microtech, recently passed away from a car accident. Unfortunantly, he was a one man operation within the company and they have not replaced him.

 

I am a graphic designer and not a tech person however I can access my site on my mac using Fetch. Is there a way I can correct the problem myself?

 

ANY suggestions appreciated.
