Charges a flat rate per item shipping charge of $7 in US but needs this to change to $15 per item for Canadian addresses. At the site i'm helping to setup, pointblankshirts.com the client wants to setup flat rate shipping 7.95. I have that installed and works fine, now the question part is; Can I now add a per-item shipping, where is, after the initial flat rate of 7.95, for 1-6 items, the 7th, 8th 9th, etc, are .30 cents more per item.
