SnM Posted February 7, 2004 Share Posted February 7, 2004 During the customer order process, a series of emails are generated and sent to the customer, the last being generated when a packing slip is printed. This email includes a state the product has been delivered and I would like to change that to shipped. Can anyone tell me what file this information resides in and how to change it?
