After i restore this error appears in admin

hi after restore my old data from my old cart, now i have this error above the admin catalog, the backup upload all the products and clients but the only error in my store is the user cant create a new account,after the new user insert al the info in the create-account when hit the continue icon

back to the fron page but no user is register and when try to login no data from that new user.

 

and in my calalog admin page every thing is ok but the error appears on the start of the page

SESSION_WRITE_DIRECTORY (/tmp) should be defined in the configuration table of your database - I am going to assume that you have upgraded your installation without running the database upgrade script which may be found in the extras/pr21_to_pr22 directory of the download package.

Backup your database - if your old installation was MS1 upload the database upgrade script to your server - point your browser to it. If your old installation was 2.1 point your browser to catalog/install and choose the upgrade option.
