Error msg with auspost

I have been using auspost shipping module for some time and it has been great, recently I notice that when a customer goes to the shipping part of the checkout they get

<b>Warning</b>:  file(): URL file-access is disabled in the server configuration in ///////shipping/auspostexpress.php

 

I have checked the http://drc.edeliver.com.au/ratecalc.asp site to see if it is up and all seems OK from what I can tell.

 

I am not sure of what to do ?

I am thinking that my service provider may have made some changes, does this seem like the case ?

 

The last change I have made to OSC was adding the Down for maintenance contribute. I cant find any reason for this add on to be causing the problem but it may be, and help would be appreciated
