What I'm curious about can I assign something like "New User" or "Password" to their password field that will prompt them to enter a new password when they try to log on the first itme?? Guest Posted February 5, 2004 Share Posted February 5, 2004 the passwords are encrypted so you would be better off creating a password, then filling all the fields with the encrypted password characters then email all your customers to logon and change their password. dont forget to tell them what the password is. of course, if the password doesnt match, then they can reset it by entering their username and password, the system will send them a new one.
