How to Change Text in create_account.php ?

hello,

i would like to modify the text on the create_account.php page.

i would like to change - State/Province: TO say - State/Province - type in full State/Province name:

 

when i filled out the order form - very similar to url below

http://www.oscommerce.com/osCommerce22ms2/create_account.php

and i entered a 2 letter state abbreviation like MA, when i went to complete the order, I was told to choose state/province from the drop down box

 

i wanted to modify the text so it would be clearer the full State/Province needs to be entered

 

what file do i modify ?

the reason for having to reenter the state, is that you dont have a default country installed.

in the admin under CONFIGURATION: MY STORE: COUNTRY, I have 'United States' selected
