Guest Posted February 4, 2004 Share Posted February 4, 2004 We have a site that will add the item into the cart and the system will allow you to go through the checkout. However, after the confirmation button is clicked and it processes the page it returns the initial page (New Customer - Returning Customer) but the cart is empty. The order does not show up in the admin pending area. And also the system does not actually make an entry for the customer. You have to sign up as a new customer every time.
