jlvdo
Hello..Im a newbee Ok I was able to configure everything as outlined in the instructions to have my products downloadable. I can make paypal payment and then download. But when Im sent to the pay out page it says" Your Order Has Been Processed! Your order has been successfully processed! Your products will arrive at their destination within 2-5 working days." There is a download link towards the bottom of the page. I can click on it and download my product in a zip fomat. When I open the zip file i get a small window open that says, "The archive is either in unknown format or damaged." I checked the file by downloading it using FTP_Le and it opens fine that way. 1. How do I get rid of the text copy "Your products will arrive... 2. Why are my files being damaged? Thanks for any help I can get.
Guest
1. How do I get rid of the text copy "Your products will arrive... 2. Why are my files being damaged? Thanks for any help I can get. 1. look in catalog/includes/languages/english/checkout_success.php. The text can be changed there. 2. I don't know why they would be damaged. Have you tried it with a different kind of file, perhaps a gif or something - it should open straightaway when you click on the link.

bloodshoteyes
Are you uploading in ASCII or Binary? ASCII should be used for JPG's or GIF's....
OceanRanch
You might also might want to try setting administration->configuration->download->Download by redirect to true and see if this has any effect. Tom
