Custom Customer Fields

I did a search in the contribs but didn't see anything like this there or in the forums.

 

Is there a way to add more fields into the customer registration page?

For example, I want to be able to have a field for new registrations to enter a member code or something... I've kinda hacked away at it and used the company field for now since I don't need it... But it'd be a nice feature. :D
