I am using a fixed rate for shipping, and it shows up during check out, but when it comes time for the final bill there is nothing there for shipping. It isn't chargeing my customers shipping, yet if they pay through Paypal it is adding it. Need serious help. Also I don't think my customers are pushing the complete order button to continue shopping. Once they have shopped they close out, anyway i can move the send e-mail code back to send when they click the confirm order link? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
frank3 Posted February 10, 2004 Share Posted February 10, 2004 Hi Rob, We are having a problem where the shipping is calculating correctly when the customer checks out and works great with Checks and money orderd, but when the info is sent to Paypal, it drops the shipping amount. Now the emails we get with the customer information nicludes shipping, even when paypal did not charge. I was wondering if you found out something while working on your problem that may help.
