dolalu
I believe that as long as you do not pass it off as your own creation, and inform people it is open source software then you can sell it. People sell it on ebay all the time, packaged with contribs.
Vampyre
You can sell it as far as the package is complete with all the source code, unmodified, and that the copyrights are placed correctly. You must also tell your customers that this is an open source project. If any modification to the software is made (coding), the files modified + the unmodified source code MUST be given to the customer. In other words, you have to read, be aware and apply with the GPL Licence.
ashinco
Here's a thought! Sell something that your customer will almost immediately discover they could have gotten 100% free, and the will NEVER come back to your web site again! <_< Just my 2 cents worth. westkoast
I don't know if I agree with selling the OSC package, but I feel like if you put 20 hours in modifying it and adding a custom design...I have no problems charging for that. Just be honest about where the core cart came from, and then sell your services for the install and modification I need to read the rules more often...
