OceanRanch Posted February 1, 2004 Share Posted February 1, 2004 Assuming you HAVE done everthing correct in the wiki doc...... Double check the permissions 777 on the download and pubs directories. Are the orders in the proper status "delivered"? If they are in "pending" then the links won't show up. If the links are showing up for download, and the downloads don't work, try setting the redirect option for downloads in admin to "true". Double check the filenames that you uploaded to the download folder. If your still stuck, then you may need to have someone actually look at the admin site (the old can't see the forest thru the trees syndrome). It may be a simple thing your overlooking.
