APH Posted January 31, 2004 Share Posted January 31, 2004 Hello All! I am hitting new territory here. This is my first data base. I cannot install OSC. I downloaded the program in a zip file. Called my host. They switched me to a Unix server and set up MYSQL and provided me with log in information. I opened the zip file and moved into my web editor....Namo 5.5 and then uploaded it to my server under my root folder; www. I must be missing something here, for when I point to my domain, all I get is page not found. mydomain.com/install/ is what I put into my browser. I even tried the new login they gave me. db.mydomain.com/install. Nothing is working. Is there something else I am suppose to download? Do I create a special folder under my root folder? Then you tried to callup the install function but it would not appear. Try your.domain.com/catalog/install.
