Alton Posted January 29, 2004 Share Posted January 29, 2004 Hello, I am in the middle of setting up my site. In testing the shopping cart, a problem occurs after selecting the shipping method. After selection of the shipping method, I try to click on "continue", but it just brings me back to the same page. If you click on the "checkout" button at the upper right of the page, you can move on through the process. Anyone have any ideas? Have you made any changes to it, or is it basically 'out of the box'? The main reason I looked at this thread at all is actually because your name is Alton as well. Not a lot of people named Alton. As far as the osc problem, I have not really made a lot of changes to it since I loaded it to my site. Just an interesting little fact...makes sense if you think baout it...Your OSC problem I'm not too sure about...could you provide a link to your cart so I can take a look at it? One can go all the way through the shipping selection and then you will see that the continue button will not get you to the payment selection.
