LummyPie Posted January 29, 2004 Share Posted January 29, 2004 (edited) Hello Has anyone tried to install the Live Support http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,1035/ I installed it to the letter, but am having a little problem. The box shows up fine in the shop front, but when going to the Tools Page in Admin, I get Not Found The requested URL /testshop/admin/FILENAME_BACKUP was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. It's looking for a file that doesn't exist... that much I understand, but from looking at the installation notes, I can't see any mention of this file? Any ideas if I'm making a simple mistake, or is this a bit of a known problem? LummyPie Posted January 29, 2004 Author Share Posted January 29, 2004 OK further to my earlier post, I have solved this problem.... the installation instructions forget to tell you to install a file... but that is sorted... But I have another problem... Once the conversation has been closed, if a new conversation is started, you can still see the old conversation there... there is an option within the /catalog/includes/filenames.php file to set the arcives to false to stop it from recording the text, and this is indeed set to false on my system too... but it still stores the text there is an instruction to install a ls_comm_exit.php file into my root directory but this is missing within the contribution.... does anyone have it, or could anyone tell me what is contained in it, as I think this could be a factor in my problem.
