100asa Posted January 29, 2004 Share Posted January 29, 2004 We have had a problem. A customer has acquired of the products, paying with credit card. The gateway Syspay payment has denied the transaction, but the order is however gone to good aim, a lot it is that we have received the order and the relative email of notification. I would want to know greater details if some other customer has had the same problem, and if there is some solution to the problem.
