skyital Posted January 29, 2004 Share Posted January 29, 2004 Hi, I currently have x-sell running with the x-sell add to cart contribution. I have 2 catagories (A and B). I have 2 items of catagory A and 3 items of catagory B. the 2 catagaory A items each are cross sold with each of the 3 catagory B items. The 3 catagory B items each are cross sold with each of the 2 catagory A items. The problem - when you click on one of the catagory A items, it lists 9 items in the 'recommended with this product' list (it lists 2 of each 3 catagory B items (6 items) without the product name, then it lists the 3 catagory B items (3 more items for a total of 9 items) with the product name. Why is it displaying the 6 extra items? why would it display each item 3 times? Sorry if it sounds confusing. Let me know if you think you know whats wrong. Thanks!
