edit orders and multipacks available?

I am looking for a distribution to edit as an admin the customer orders, say edit, add, delete articles, add discount to the order etc.

 

 

And does a distribution exists, which handles so called multipacks:

 

from a category the customer chooses (for example different DVDs)

1 article for 30.-

2 articles for 20.-

3 articles for 15.-

and so on

 

all combinations should be configurable

and the contrib "staffelpreise" does not work in this manner
