hello.

 

I'm looking to put a charge on my catalog, so that only members who paid the sign up fee can access the full catalog products. This possible with oscommerce?

not with oscommerce, but there are a ton of scripts that you can use to make that happen.

 

try "lockedarea" ...do a search online. it'll help a bit. check out http://php.resourceindex.com/Complete_Scripts/

 

might give you a place to start.
