Paycheck Posted January 27, 2004 Share Posted January 27, 2004 I have a cart installed on http://www.uhavegoods.com/catalog/ and every time the user goes into the cart and wants to cruz it it wants a username and password. When input for giggles it will kick the user back to it again as if it is not taking it. I have had the user clear cookies and reset the preferences on AOL to accept all cookies and still no luck. Has anyone experianced anything similar to this with 2.2MS2 ? I could sure use some help here on this one. JM Always remember, we need patience, guidance and most of all understanding. I've got clients hearing the same complaints, although we haven't tracked them back to AOL users. We're hearing that visitors have to login again every other page or so, it's frequent enough to be annoying, and nobody seems to know what is causing it. I can't get the problem to happen from here, and the friends I've had in other parts of the country check the site and don't have to log in. So what's the issue?
