aldaffodil
Hi everyone! I have "force cookies" set to false. I have sessions stored in the database. For some reason, I still have customers who keep getting cookie-usage.php and cannot checkout. I can completely block all cookies and still will not get that screen. Does anyone know why? I need help fast, I have a customer trying to checkout. thanks in advance!
aldaffodil
Doesn't anyone know what's wrong with it? Does anyone even have a guess that I could possibly work off of? I don't have one clue what the problem is...I don't even know why it needs the cookies if the sessions are store in the db. HELP??!!
jon_l
What are your other session settings? Have you checked what platform the customers experiencing problems are using, especially their isp / browser? I recall a similar discussion here before, which included a solution. Not sure where though, you'll have to do some searching. Thanks, Jon.
aldaffodil
Ok, I have been clicking on ips in "Who's Online" that are getting the cookie_usage.php page. They are registered to Savvis Communications. Does anyone know anything about them or why they get the cookie page?
Guest
have you tried doing a full checkout from your browser and see if you can duplicate the error?
