futurechalk Posted January 27, 2004 Share Posted January 27, 2004 I've had the osCommerce site up for a short bit and it has worked every time until today when I get and order and the fedex rates do not come up on the shipping section any longer. The error comes back FC01 or FC03 saying the province and postal code don't match. This results in the order from continuing. This interface was one of the those provided with the product. I've a suspiciion that Fedex has changed there interface requirements. Anybody else had this problem. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Guest Posted January 27, 2004 Share Posted January 27, 2004 Did you uninstall the original one first and then re-install with the new one loaded per the directions? Works fine for me, although the ship-in cart estimator of course no longer works since there is no field for the state, so the estimator only works for customers who are logged in. Guest Posted January 27, 2004 Share Posted January 27, 2004 I didnt entirely removed the old fedex module... in the sectiont that says: Do you want to offer Fedex shipping? I selected FALSE Then installed the new version and now is not working. I read the instructions also, I guess i didnt read them good enough because what i thought they meant by disable was the above.. not using the REMOVE button.. How did you do it? I guess this line in the README.txt would cause some confusion: If you have a previous version of this module already installed, then you must disable it via Admin -> Modules -> Shipping, and then re-enable it so that all of the confugration options show up, and old ones go away I "REMOVED" the FedEx module and installed the new one.. and it works just FINE!!!
