devosc Posted January 26, 2004 Share Posted January 26, 2004 I've noticed that if a customer has previously signed up for a product notification, and if that customer is then deleted via admin, then the product notifications table is not updated, i.e the corresponding records aren't removed. This then causes the Newsletter Manangement systemt to still regard the customer as being an active participant of the store. Ok the email doesn't get sent but according to the Newsletter Manager this non-existent customer is being sent an email. Is there a particular reason for not removing the customers records form the products notifications table ? Hence is it now feasible to accomodate this to admin/customers.php ? TIA.
