Urbluffingme
If I can populate my catalog by this weekend, I would like to go live. Any thoughts or comments would be greatly appreciated. Thanks. My Webpage
etepalusip
Hi Kevin, I like the color scheme okay except for the original 'buy now' buttons and the gray background at the top of the search results columns and the default pale pink background of the infoboxes. Many of your images are distorted in the thumbnails. 'Policies & Info' needs an l. Probably should include information about yourself and warranty info to convince shoppers to buy from you. Best of luck, Pete
Guest
Thumbnails are rubbish quality. When viewing a list of products the "Buy Now" button is the standard osCommerce one, change it to be the same as your new one. Your Manufacturers drop down is showing the standard osCommerce ones, either update it to show your manufacturers or remove it. Under "Camera Accessories" as there are no category images the text "Batteries and Chargers" and "Camera Bags" is displayed twice. Shipping and Returns You say returns must be authorized, HOW? tell them how to get it authorized. Do you ship to the UK? mention which areas you ship to. How do customers request different shipping? Nowhere does it state your address, telephone number, fax number, email address. Fundamental for any shop. Created an account. On going to My Account Information the fields "Date of Birth" and "Telephone Number" are there and required, they were not on the initial sign up page. "Edit" and "delete" buttons on the address book are the old style buttons, change them. Tested purchase and checkout, all works okay. Do you intend to accept credit cards? On your advanced search page the search criteria box does not have your new style header, it is showing the old osCommerce corner gifs, and the search button is old style, update it. Urbluffingme
I made a few changes. I havent gotten around to change the product infoboxes yet. As far as the thumbs go, any suggestions on how to improve them?

licensed2kill
Nice products, good prices too... but I the thumbnails need a bit work around their edges. Change the images to the right resolution which is set on the images section of the "My Store" in Admin.
Urbluffingme
I couldn't find a setting for resolution in the my store section of admin. I know this is a big problem. The thumbnails look lik **** I downloaded the Big Images contribution and installed it. I just haven't got around to photoshopping the images to replace the thumbnails with actual small images. That should make them clearer.
devosc
Dunno if it might help, but I would recommend the Automatic Thumbnail creator contribution. It seems to do the job or resizing the images well (creates a smaller copy). Also whilst your at it you might as well use the SearchBox enhancement that automatically searches the description fields to pull back more results, try 'host'. What did you do to your PayPal module, when you make a payment using PayPal the products price etc ends up in the url, so the customer can change the price. "Any fool can know. ♥MYC267
Green and blue.... bad combination of colours in my opinion. ouch.... Dan
Urbluffingme
I fixed the thumbnail problem. I used a contribution called "Big Images." It lets you load one picture for the thumb and one for the pop up.
matarali
I guess you have had plenty of feedback on the colours, but I don't think you need to rush out and change them! Theres plenty of sites that have comdined green and blue well. For example..Claritin There are however some readibility issues with your colors that you should address. The green on white text, while you have gone some way to remedying this with a drop shadow, the overall effect is slightly muddled. Why not try introducing a third color for this like a darker blue or keep using black like in the tag line. Also, readdress the padding in your buttons, and think about using black text again. It seems you are making the text bigger because its hard to read but you dont want to increase the size of the button. On the button issue, theres mixed use, some are actions, some are links. You might want to consider separating these "visually", make the links text for example. good luck
