root instead of /images-folder-tree

im looking for possibility to store the produkt-pixs in a root-folder-tree

instead of the /catalog/images-folder

eg

/catalog/ -shopsources

/catalog/images/ -images-tree

goal

/shop_img/cathegory1/cathegory2/.../product-pix.gif

 

to seperate shopcontent from the shopcode

#resp

to take out the shopimages/DB to a additional HD/server

 

 

im more less a php-noob

and

was not able

to locate the corresponding variables

 

sorry for that

 

could anybody please help me?

../images/

 

will take you back one directory from catalog

i already did it like this:

taht the images for products/... where visibly

That is because of the way you have done it with your method you will also have to do the other ones.

 

Post your configure.php file but xxx out the databse info
