The Contact us form appears to be functioning properly on the store front; however, the emails setn to the store owner are not being recieved . Is there a bit of code that I need to change on the contact_us.php file? All email addresses are set in the control panel, so I'm at a loss. Thanks in advance for any assistance! Guest Posted February 11, 2004 Share Posted February 11, 2004 I know that I had this same problem when I installed originally, but I found that I couldn't send any email at all from the server - - I don't remember what it was, but it wasn't an osC problem, it was a server problem. In other words, if you login to a totally unrelated email account, and try to send email to the store admin's email account, what happens? Also, it may be that your SMTP server requires authentication.
