patternstore Posted January 25, 2004 Share Posted January 25, 2004 We are finding with OScommerce that our customers will fill out the new account creation and enter ther information/password, etc then hit enter. They are then prompted (as an error) to select the correct State and then they have to reenter their password. Since most of our customers are in the US is there a way to setup the default country as US so that they state drop down menu is already present to help eliminate a step for the customers?
