aldaffodil Posted January 25, 2004 Share Posted January 25, 2004 Hello everyone. I am using PayPal IPN contrib v. 0.98. This is my problem: A customer will add something to their cart and begin the checkout process. They choose to pay via PayPal IPN and then change their minds before completing the payment. The order will still post in my admin panel even though they never complete payment. Anyone know of a fix for this? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

wizardsandwars Posted January 25, 2004 Share Posted January 25, 2004 That is the default behavior of the contribution. It should have a status of 'paypal pending' or something like that. The idea is to log the transaction before the customer goes t opaypal, to prevent the possiblity of losing the information if the customer forgets to hit 'continue'. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- NOTE: As of Oct 2006, I'm not as active in this forum as I used to be, but I still work with osC quite a bit.
