Scotty Posted January 25, 2004 Share Posted January 25, 2004 Hi Everyone, I was wondering if there is a way to allow the customers to enter their own UPS or Fedex account number for the prepaid shipping costs? That means we ship the product using the customer's account number, so there is no need for the OSC to calculate and add the shipping costs, but we also need to be able to recieve the account number along with the order.
