BoulderDash
Hello, I've searched the Forums and the Contributions, but have not found a way to hide the "Add to Cart" button based on a product's Category. Does anyone know of a way? My client want's to create a "Discontinued" category of items, for reference purposes... but they obviously shouldn't be add-able. I saw a Contribution to hide the "Add to Cart" button based on a Product's Manufacturer, but in this case, the Manufacturer has other items which are still available. Thank you in advance if you have the time, BD
♥ecartz
It should be similar to manufacturer, just based on $cPath or $current_category_id rather than manufacturers_id. Hth, Matt Always back up before making changes.
BoulderDash
Hi there, I do appreciate the direction... but downloading the Contribution and looking at all of the pages I have to change confuses me with what you've written. I don't see much correlation. I suppose that there's no Contribution out there I may have missed, eh? Oh well. I suppose I'll just let it lie or think of another method to go about it. Thanks, BD
