airmale Posted January 23, 2004 Author Share Posted January 23, 2004 I need to find out whether it would suuport a marketing venture that includes downloadable products, immediately deliverable, alongside proprietary products shipped from a constant address, AND drop shipped items shipped from multiple sources, and still compute the shipping correctly. Will the WYSIWYG feacture that can be added make it possible for this tech neanderthal to maintain a cart, changing products, etc? And...If it Does work for me, where would I find a list of hosts taht specialize in it...I understand most hosts can run it on their servers, but not all know how to, or will, help when certain installations, etc need to be done. 241 Posted January 23, 2004 Share Posted January 23, 2004 Why stop when you are on a roll. :blink: The simplistic aswer is yes to all the OSC can do all that you ask and a lot more and with all the contributions available combined with the support on this forum from one or two people you should be able to have a shop that does what you want. :D As for hosts as you say the cart should be supported by most hosts, but remember what you pay is what you get so get a good host that has all the features that you want now and some of what you will probably want in maybe 6 months time ;) No longer giving free advice.
