radcon Posted January 23, 2004 Share Posted January 23, 2004 I have had a couple problems that I have never been able to solve on my website. With the Shopping Cart. When adding the state tax at catalog/admin/index.php . In admin, under Location/Taxes when ever I change the Taxes Rates for Nevada at 7.50% it change the prices on all items on the shopping cart pages a additional 7.5% automatically. Until you create a account that is in a different state. It changes to the correct prices. But for Nevada customer the prices stay at the extra 7.5% rates plus they are also charged the taxes on check out, so they are taxed twice. So until a customer choose the Zone Rate which is higher they can't Check Out which frustrates the customers.
