Guest
In the last 2 days I have had 4 AOL customers purchase from my site, I am very happy AOL users can even buy from my site though since I had trouble with that. Every one of the AOL customers either entered an invalid email address OR AOL is bouncing the emails from my site. Anyone else seeing the same thing happening? I know AOL plays buy there own rules and was wondering if there were something I could do.

1quicksi
I will save you the headache I had of talking to a zillion AOL people about this issue and getting bouced around as I had the same problem. But reverse DNS was pointing the wrong way for us. Call: 888-212-5537 This should be the AOL mail support team. You want to make sure you talk to a tech. knowledge base | Contributions | Search
Noobish-n-stuff
you know, if most of my cutomers weren't using AOL, i think i would quit trying to make my site AOL compitent. it seems like hey don't want their users to go anywhere but where they point them (sponsored sites) sorry, no help here. i just had to vent for a second and this looked like a good enough place as any. "maybe i'll put a big warning in my index for AOL users, GET A DIFFERENT ISP!!!" :)
