DrHeathenScum Posted January 19, 2004 Share Posted January 19, 2004 Originally, I thought I had the PayPal issue of orders not being completed, but I just had someone pay through 2CheckOut and the order was never entered into osC... it was still sitting in the user's shopping cart. The only thing I can think of that I did was rename and move around some of the order status names in the order_staus table. Any thoughts? tep Posted February 1, 2004 Share Posted February 1, 2004 It could be that the customer did not click on the final Complete Order button on the 2checkout page. It's sometimes confusing to customers because the page says the transaction completed successfully but down at the bottom they have to click on the complete order button for the order to be entered into oscommerce database.
