gnarly parts Posted January 18, 2004 Share Posted January 18, 2004 My site is in Canada. I made a mistake and decided to use 2checkout.com. Everything was going fine. They said they can do direct deposits into my Canadian account. I gave them all the info they needed. Didn't get paid for over 2 months. When they finally did try to pay me they couldn't do the deposit. Stating my account number is incorrect and charged me $8 because it came back. I told them that the info is correct, so now they are saying that they can't do the deposit but my $8 was never refunded. The story continues, now they are going to send me a check. I started with 2checkout in Oct 1, 2003. I received my first check on Jan16, 2004. To make matter worst when I deposited the check into my Canadian account my bank put a hold on it because it's a US check. Today is Jan 18, 2004 and I still don't have access to my funds. I'm looking into Authorize.net now but does any Canadian company use them and how are they for direct deposit? Also I read that Paysystem offers a merchant account too.. Not the one like 2checkout (3.95% +$1per trans or 5.5% +45?per trans) but one more like Authorize.net (2.25% + $30 month) anyone know about this. I contacted them both but haven't got a reply yet.
