Customers ADMIN control panel

Recommended Posts

I'm running version 2.2 of OSC. My store is almost complete with exception to a glitch in the ADMIN panel. Everytime I try and access the "Customers" category I get a blank page. (/oscommerce-2.2ms2/catalog/admin/customers.php?selected_box=customers) This also holds true for the sub-link below being...Customers the ORDERS sub-category works fine.

I seem to have had this trouble right from the beginning and reinstalling the catalog/admin/customers.php does not seem to help. It appears that this is the page that is being directed to load when this link is chosen. I've compared my modified customers.php (with the ADMIN members discount contribution) with the original many times and it seems everything is good. I'm very new to php, so could be right off base - but should the original file that came with the OSCommerce .zip package taken care of that error? I would have thought it was a good backup to go back to.

Am I missing something? Any help is appreciated

it could possibly be a setting in the admin/includes/configure.php, you may want to post that WITHOUT the database info, password, username, etc . .
