ozcsys Posted January 15, 2004 Share Posted January 15, 2004 When a customer fills out the information when creating a account they will pick the US as the country and type in the state. What happens then is they get an error messages telling them to pick a state from the drop down menue. They then have to do that plus enter in their password info again. If the choosing the drop down is required should it not show up when the country is choosen? Is there a fix for this? or better yet is there a way to make the US with zones the default on the create an account page? Thanks Richard The Knowledge Base is a wonderful thing.
