Order details missing

Hello

 

I have this happen to me twice now:

 

A customer order has been accepted/authorised via my site and final payment approved by WorldPay - when I check the WorldPay account I can see that a purchase has been made - when I go our Customer records for purchases for that day - I can see no sign of this customers details, order amount, details etc.

 

I am completely clueless as to how this is happening.

 

Pleeeeeasse - Can anyone please offer any light on this worrying problem?
