Guest
I have an active authorize.net account and have installed the authorize.net module into my shopping cart however when a purchase is made the transaction is not recorded inside the my authorize.net virtual terminal. End-users see the transaction take place securely on my site and they are taken back to the site for purchase completion. When I goto the backend of my site (oscommerce) I see the transaction that has taken place but when I go to my authorize.net virtual terminal there is no transaction. Authorize.net gives little help in this manner because they believe it is oscommerce problem. Could anyone give me a some solution for this problem? Any replies would be greatly appreciated!!! Yes I did the order is going to authorizenet and going there securely it's just not recording the transaction in the virtual terminal. Do you have any ideas? I've currently turn it off for right now and we're using paypal. My customer is willing to continue using oscommerce and would like know if anyone out there could help. He is willing to pay for your consulting time if anyone is interested. Please contact me at : [email protected] Maurice
nobodyimp
is the Anet acct in test mode? Based on what you said here, that'd be one possibility.
