keithacar Posted January 14, 2004 Share Posted January 14, 2004 I was wonder if anyone out there could make a suggestion as to how I can get a Custom form. The form basically is for price matching products that I sell on my site. I would like the form to have three fields labeled, URL(for the URL of the site of the price match), Price(price of the item), email address(for the return email address). And A submit button on it. So I assume that this is basically a contactus.php that is edited. Ohh, If possible I would like the info from this page sent to a "pricematch" module like a pending order would.
