I want instant payment notification, but I also want to use IPN a few different ways. Therefore I need more than one IPN. PayPal only gives you one. I also want to take credit cards and want a clean easy to follow process so customers don't get confused. I don't mind a slightly high (yet reasonable) cost increase to get what I want. Basically I want a way for someone to come to the site, go all the way through the pay process, I want to get an IPN (so I cam process it different ways if need be in the future) This brings up an interesting question: What is IPN good for? I see people wanting it, but what is the major benefit? can't you just look into OSC's admin order page? Anyway here is a run down on my questions: 1: best non-IPN payment module? 2: best IPN payment module? 3: major benefit of IPN? Thanks in advance.
