Guest
did you follow the installation procedures completely? have you installed any contributions? have you read through the documentation and the errors?

Guest
from what i have read in the other posts dealing with the same issue, it happened when someone installed a contribution incorrectly. try installing to a new database and see if the basic store works. if not, then the host may have modified the cart software somehow, you may have to deal with them on the support. personally, i would download from here and install that. fairly easy to do, just download, extract and then ftp the catalog folder to where you need to go, follow the instructions. mbah
I'm also having the same problem, and after searching the support forum, it seems like quite a number of people experiencing the same but no one give any workable answer. This really sucks, can the programmers themself even know how to solve this problem?
