Language Selection

I'm looking to either do one of two things:

 

First option (sub-optimal): Remove Spanish and German completely. Or, at the very least, remove the option for the user to choose them.

 

Second option (optimal):

 

My product line includes things in both English and Spanish. I want to find a way to split the product display by language selection. I don't want different descriptions to display -- I want different -products-.
