Guest Posted January 9, 2004 Share Posted January 9, 2004 Hi all, Any help here would be appreciated..... I had 2 orders yeasterday that failed to show up. The customers went through the entire process and payed with paypal. I got the PayPal payments but thier orders did not show in the admin, nor did I get an e-mail saying an order was placed. Guest Posted January 9, 2004 Share Posted January 9, 2004 The customers did not hit the "continue" button at Paypal to return to your site so the order was not submitted to OSC. You can do one of 2 things to solve this problem. 1-there is a simple bit of additional code that you can place in your checkout file that will submit the order to you when the customer is forwarded to the Paypal site. You then have to check your paypal account and make sure they actually paid though.
