Check out would be donw at www.secure-domain.com. They are both on the same server... one has a secure cert already... one doesn't. guntersammet Posted January 9, 2004 Share Posted January 9, 2004 If they are on the same server, they should be able to talk to the same DB. Assume you have OSC 2.2 MS2. You would have to install all files on both directories and then you can specify in the configuration file which url to use for http sites and for https sites. This would be similar to an install on a shared SSL server. If you could make the second domain point to the same dir structure, you could avoid the duplicate code. If you do it this way and you need to browse product images on the secure installation, you have manually upload them to the respective directory manually.
