OMalleys Posted January 9, 2004 Share Posted January 9, 2004 Hi I had osc installed and working fine - I have a lot of products and it's time consuming uploading images through file manager, I tried to ftp but the wasn't allowed access so I asked my host company to changes the privileges for catalog/images. Then the images stopped appearing on the site, so they changed privileges again, nor the images appear and I can ftp files to the directory BUT osc admin cannot write to the directory now! I'm afraid I know very little about privilege settings ( :( ) so can some of you good people tell me what the settings should be for this directory to allow me to ftp images and upload them through osc admin so that I can pass this information on to my hosting company??
