Jack_mcs Posted January 8, 2004 Share Posted January 8, 2004 My problem is that I have two shops installed - one with the SEC contirbution and one without. The one without works fine. If I place an order, I receive all appropriate emails. The one with SEC seems to be ok but I don't receive emails at any of the address I have set up. The problem is more confusing because a member tested the site for me and he said he received the emails after placing an order. My host says there is nothing on their end that would cause such a problem. So where do I go from here? I've posted this once before but have not been able to get the problem solved. I am at the point now of being forced to remove the SEC contribution since I cannot open my shop without email working. If anyone has any ideas on how to troubleshoot this I would appreciate any input. If you want to verify that I have my settings correct then take a look HERE. Just use admin@localhost and admin to get in. The test site is HERE. Please, if anyone has any ideas let me know. Guest Posted January 8, 2004 Share Posted January 8, 2004 you did have an error in the email address' in the configuration, there was an '>' after the first email and an '<' prior to the second email. Also, your configure.php files are incorrect, you have an extra '/' in between the domain and shop, ie '//shop' instead of '/shop' you should have just received email for order # 4 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
