Guest Posted January 7, 2004 Share Posted January 7, 2004 Hi all, I could implement download of software under payment using oscommerce but I face a problem at the very last stage. After credit card has been accepted appears the downloading link which the client should click. If that happens the file download is checkout_success.php, not the file to be downloaded. The file can be downloaded using "save target" - so pressing right mouse key , but not in 'direct' way. I can explain that to users, but it would be more elegant using normal way. Guest Posted January 8, 2004 Share Posted January 8, 2004 i use virtual downloads for one of my stores, if the response from the credit merchant is positive, it responds back and allows the download to proceed. all a customer has to do is click on download and the file starts. my folders for downloads and pub are set at 777. none of my customers have had any troubles.
