Orders Still Showing to Customer

I have a good problem...well, good in one way. :)

 

A customer purchased something and paid using PayPal. This customer just returned and tried to place a second order, but the system just wants to keep adding to the previous order of over a month ago (shipped and received by that customer).

 

Any suggestions as to why the order is still showing to them? Is there a step I'm not doing somewhere? Why

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
